Not for Individual Sale

This year I would like to leave you all with this thought because I am starting my Empowerment Blogs at the top of the year.  Now that you know what the problems are it's high time for us to fix them instead of just talking about them.  I hope you were educated this year or either affirmed on some things you already new.  Now is the time for us to take Pharaoh and his army down and let arise a Jesus people so that we may be ready for Christ return.  FORWARD, MARCH!

Not For Individual Sale

Have you ever bought a prepackaged product of something on the bottom of the individual product it had a label that said "not for individual sale"?     Well one of the reason the company puts that label on there is because there have given the suppler the whole sale price so that they may sale the product to the consumer at retail price.  If the supplier sales the individual product outside of the package for full price than that is considered to be a rip-off and it's also fraud. Well in the church this happens all the time.  Tithes and offerings are supposed to keep the church functioning which should allow it to equip people to do the work of the lord. But what ends up happening instead is the tithes and offerings get used to finance the pastors ego instead of the needs of the people.  The people are constantly served regurgitated information and information that was not intended for individual sale. Let me break that down.  The church should be like school an institution of learning.  One should look to gain enough knowledge in order to be effective in whatever God has called them to do. And upon attending one should expect to graduate with something that they can take to the world and make an impact. But instead of this happening people in church end up staying in the same place far to long with little to no improvement and as time goes on all the church does is keep up with the charade of foolishness while the people of God lack in productivity. What sparked this blog was when I seen a church conference itinerary.  The conference was $150.00 yep that right $150!  The price was not as disturbing as the fact that they would be selling information that should be given for FREE at regular church service and not asking people after travel and hotel of course to spend around $500.00 or so.  This is high way robbery at its finest!   I firmly believe that instead of bible studies being filled with stories of people that lived in another dispensation of time in whom often times we cannot even relate to it should be filled with current day successors who have mastered success in our era.  Not to say that biblical characters cannot be used for examples they can they just need to be pared with current day leaders that God is using.  Bible studies should be theory and practical meaning after knowledge has been given then hands on need be applied which is wisdom. Sunday mornings should be a celebration and a day of rest while the rest of the week should be application.  My point is to drive this home that they are far to many faithful people in ministry suffering and waiting on God.  We are to rest in what God has already done.  Therefore if you have homeowners in the church then they should be teaching renters how to buy, business owners teaching aspiring entrepreneurs, wives teaching single women, strong men teaching the young men, the old teaching the young and so on.  But this should come with the package and not for individual sale. You don't have to charge people to teach them how to be a success in the kingdom of God because that in itself is what church is for.  But the greedy have found a way to capitalize off of peoples hurt, struggles and pain.  When they should be using tithes and offering to manage the churches affairs that relate directly to the needs of the people and not just the needs of egotistical leaders. Encouragement, motivation, life and business skills and etc. should not be individually sold but should come along with the package that we know as church. Apostle Magdalene

Happy Holidays

Happy Holidays to all of the bloggers tonight.  The Holidays are so special to me but with out my family they are just not the same.  Even so I am still grateful for health, a beautiful home, transportation and a whole host of other things.  To God be the glory! This Christmas you may not have gotten but trust that you got what you needed.  Your happy ending is not determined by your right now but by what God has already spoken over you life before you were even born.  And I know that sometimes looking at you right now seems hard to do but God is right on time and HE is faithful even when we are not be blessed.

A Jesus Church

I am looking for a Jesus Church

Church people know their pastor
but do they know Jesus
Church people can articulate
their churches protocol
but can their articulate the scriptures
Church people look forward to prosperity here one earth
but so there have eternity in their hearts



I don't know but what I do know is that it is high time for the Pharaoh church to set down and for the Jesus church to arise.
Who is Pharaoh you might say?  Pharaoh is a leader that keeps the people suppressed even though he has been told to let them go.

He has used the people to build his kingdom and now God wants us to build His kingdom here on earth as it is in heaven.  You can possibly build Gods kingdom without His children in mind.
Churches today are built with a man’s dream or vision in mind.  The only problem with this is that after the dream has materialized the people are then aggressively told and compelled to pay for it. 
How can build something for the people without knowing or even bothering to ask what their needs are and then to add insult to injury asking them to pay for something with Pharaohs name on it, his dream, his ego and after the people have labored and paid the dream is then left to his offspring?
I know some churches are outreach based which is great and others are doing surveys and interviews upon join which is another plus.  But at the end of the entire charade there is still a secret motive and a hidden agenda.

That is simply put and laid out
Money
Power
Fame

If these are the reasons what ET Pharaohs build churches then here is our problem right here.  Too much church and not enough of God. Waaaay to much of the pastor and not enough of Jesus too much focus on earthly treasures and not enough of eternity in God’s presence in which we have everything we ever wanted and needed.

To my faithful following let this New Year is one where you don't rely on another man or woman to get to know God for yourself and don't let anyone stand between you and Jesus.  And when you go to the four walls (church) don't forget that you are not stuck there because you are the church and we are the Body of Christ.  We are His and His only. We lend ourselves to the church however never forget that we belong to God.

Happy Now Year where things will began to happen for you now and know that the wait is over because Pharaohs reign is over.  You know how the church or someone is always telling you that you are not ready? Well neither were they but God still called them anyway so whatever else you need to know you will have to learn on the job because it's your time!

No money...buy a house!

3 ways to Buy a Home with No Money Down

HUD Homes

HUD homes are very easy to buy if you have a little to and patient to invest. Here are a few basic steps to making this purchase simple, easy and stress free.

·         Decide what amount you want to spend and then look on the HUDHOMESTORE.com to find a house in your price range. Note: please do not wait to fix your credit, the bank will tell you what you need to do so go ahead and get pre-approved and don’t worry about your credit right now.

·         Go to a bank institution or credit union to get preapproved for that amount.  Now this is a little backwards but if you go to get pre-approved before looking around the market first then you take the chance of getting loan sharked.  Meaning the bank may either try to offer you more money than you can afford or something out of your price range?  Therefore look around first before you settle on an amount.

·         After you are pre-approved, hopefully by this time you have found a realtor whose specializes in HUD but if not you can contact one of the realtors from the house listings.  Once you find a house on the HUDHOMESTORE website then your realtor will place a bid for you which should be a little over the amount that they are asking.  Once your bid is accepted you then you take a check of 1000.00 to HUD which is located near Paces Ferry in Atlanta, GA. Once you close on your home you will not only get 900.00 dollars back but also additional monies will also be refunded to you as well! 

So there you go you have just purchased a house with no-money down and then some.  Now mind you HUD does have some fees and deadlines but they are very minor so don’t worry about that part that’s were your patience will come in handy.  You time will come in handy dealing with the bank and looking for your home but once again DON’T WORRY!  God will see you through and you will be a home owner in no time!

Land Contract or Owner Finance

Land Contracts or Owner Finance are very easy as well, but often times these homes along with HUD homes need a little TLC.  The benefit to these homes is that unlike borrowing from a bank or credit union your credit score is not really a factor.

·         Find a company or owner who wants to transfer the house over to you.  You can do so but going online for land contract because now and days greedy investors by up all of the cheap land and houses so your best bet is to find a land contract online through a legit company that does them and yes, they are out there. To find an owner selling their home you can look online, the paper or just ride around in the neighbor hoods that you would like to live in and find owners advertising in their yards or windows.  You would be surprised what you find when you take your time and look!

·         Once you have found an owner or company than you can select a home from the ones that they have after you do that you can then close on your new home with no money down.

Court House Door steps

This one is a little tricky but if you can get past aggressive investors than this one works really well.  I know some of you reading these are willing and ready to fight for whatever belongs to you so this should not be a problem.  These one does not require a down payment but it does require payment in full which could range from 200.00 to 30,000 or more.  In some cases they let you put something down to hold the property if you need to go a grab the rest of the money.

·         Check in with your local county office to see when they are having the court house auctions.  Have money ready to purchase but prior to bidding go and look at the properties first and make sure it’s a house on the property and not just land.· Once your bid is accepted you fill out the proper paperwork to begin a fresh start in your new home!

In closing, keep in mind that even though these steps are not as hard as they may seem you still have a few other things you will need to do like:

·        1. Getting your home inspected and appraised

·        2. Getting your home spayed for bugs but this one you can do yourself

·        3.Any repairs that the home made need which can be negotiated with the seller

Even so these things are still not that costly and do not have to be done all at once but should be done as soon as you can.  On the next post I will give definition to the terms that I have highlighted or you can look them up yourself.  Go ahead and get started happy hunting and enjoy your new home because I surely enjoy mines!

Spiritual Indictment In my lost blog I talked about the difference between a preacher vs. a gangster.  I stated how there is not very much of a difference between the two.  For example I have seen drug dealers less ale than some preachers.  I have seen drug dealers turn down pregnant women and addicts who appear to be smoked out down for drugs.  I also seen drug dealers even turn down single mothers so that they might spend their money on their children’s needs.  But yet the common preacher does not have a problem with talking a single mothers last dime and when she needs something for her or her kids the church has no problem telling them no or they do this one-time gift thing.  This is where they will help you one time and that's it and please do not need help again or else! All the while most white churches help people one a daily basis with (food, clothing, shelter, transportation, and education) These things should not be.  The black churches should own shelters, transitional houses and food pantries just like the white churches do.  But instead they only make minimal contributions all the while purchasing and building more church buildings with the preachers name on it as if he build it his-self (pharoah).  The other problem with building these buildings is that they seem to always forget to build a place for people to sleep, eat, and to be educated. This leads me to my point.  Recently in the world there has been a senseless slaying of children.  Even yesterday the elementary around the corner from my had a shooting.  Thankfully nobody was hurt.  Just like in the bible days where Pharaoh sent to have all the baby boys killed because he was looking for baby Jesus our redeemer.  We are in a dispensation of time where the spirit of the End time Pharaoh has released a death warrant on our end time leaders which are the children.  The generation we live in now is more like Sodom and Gomorrah as the word says "Perverse generation". Our children are going to be raised up to prepare us for Christ return. In my conclusion, there is a thing in the justice system called an "indictment".  This is when the feds what a certain amount of drugs dealers at a time from anywhere to a year up to ten years.  While they are watching them they get all the evidence they can and then they go for the kill!  They indict a group of criminals at the same time with enough evidence they charge them and take them to prison. They is about to be a spiritual indictment for all spiritual leaders around the world that have been taking advantage of people.  I am not just talking character flaws I mean just the flat out overall mistreat and spiritual abuse of Gods people.  We are about to see this particular group of preachers fall at the same time. There has been enough evidence gathered in the heavenlies for this transition to accurately take place.  People of God, God has sent the end time Moses to declare to the end time Pharaoh to "Let His People Go"!  You are free because whom the Son sets free is free in deed and you are no longer in chains and shackles so please start acting like it!   Apostle Magdalene
